Middle Beach and Blind Pass Beach overlap, and are both known by both names. Their shared address, where facilities are found, is at 6725 Manasota Key Road. Covering 3000 feet of beach, the key is narrow enough to offer access to the bay side. There is free parking along with restrooms, outdoor showers, picnic tables, a pavilion, a playground, a canoe/kayak launch and hiking trails. There is no food concession. No lifeguards.
The beach’s address is in Englewood, which is partly in Sarasota County and partly in Charlotte County. The beach directly south, Englewood Beach, is in Charlotte County and is reviewed in the next section even though it is technically not a Sarasota beach.
Heading south the next beach we come to is Englewood Beach, reviewed next.
