Open from 6am to 10pm, the beach is presently closed for hurricane repairs. Check here before you try to go.
There’s free parking, a fishing pier, picnic facilities, playground, a boardwalk, trails, outdoor showers and restrooms. No tobacco, fires or dogs are allowed. There are no lifeguards.

Luckily, since we’re on the mainland, from Venice Beach we can pick up Harbor Dr South which takes us onto Manasota Key, where we can visit the beaches in the following section.
